Shipping policy

Order Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within 5 to 10 days, depending on your address. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 to 28 days.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate shipping within the contiguous United States. The rate depends upon the product with any options ordered. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico will require an arrangement of a special delivery with additional charges before placing an order.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available at $29.99 for orders over $399 within 15 miles of our business location. Deliveries are made from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on Monday through Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our business location in Anaheim, CA. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.  Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. on Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most regions worldwide. Please check with us before placing an international order to make sure we can deliver to your geographical location and the cost of delivery. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bon Cat Furniture is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. boxes. UPS, the carrier we use the most, will not deliver any packages, any parcels, or any deliveries whatsoever to addresses that are P.O. boxes.

Checking Order Status

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at order@boncatfurniture.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
