A: All of Bon Cat Furniture products are proudly made in U.S.A., located in Anaheim, California.
Q: Are your products sturdy?
A: Yes, they are very sturdy. All of Bon Cat Furniture are made of 15mm (5/8 inch 11-ply) Baltic Birch plywood. Its solidity and rigidity make Baltic Birch plywood an ideal material for holding screws in place with excellent grip.
Q: I'd like to know more about the Baltic Birch plywood you use.
A: Baltic Birch plywood imported from Russia is solely used for manufacturing our products. The grade of the plywood we use is B/BB which is the highest level. The B/BB grade has single piece face and back veneer. Face veneers are considered clear and free of defects with a light-uniform color. The back allows 3-6 color-matched patches, which are oval in shape and egg-sized. Inner cores are solid birch single piece veneers. All of Bon Cat Furniture products are designed to have the clear face (B grade side) exposed outside.
Q: Are your products easy to assemble?
A: Yes, all of Bon Cat Furniture products are DIY friendly and only requires a Phillips head screwdriver. They come in flat packed parts with screws and instructions needed for assembly. Depending on the cat furniture, the assembly usually takes from 15 to 45 minutes.
Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: Bon Cat Furniture products are covered by 1-year manufacturer warranty, except for wear and tear items such as carpets, cotton ropes, fabrics and cushion pillows.
Q: Which parts are replaceable and how can I replace those?
A: All wearable parts such as carpet mats, cotton ropes, cushion pillow, pillow cover fabrics, hammock fabrics, and acrylic hammock can be replaced. Replaceable items can be purchased by individual item or in a set. Simply go to our Product > Replacement Parts page to find replacements parts & accessories for our cat furniture.
Q: How to get my cat comfortable with your furniture?
A: It is recommended to get your cats to familiarize with our furniture as soon as it is assembled. You can try using your cat’s favorite treats or catnip to attract them onto a tower or get them to jump into the transparent acrylic hammock. Eventually, your cat(s) will get used to it.
Q: Are your products safe for cats?
A: Yes. The materials used for manufacturing Bon Cat Furniture products are non-toxic and environmentally friendly. Of course, they are also safe to humans. They are also sturdy enough for each product to hold a cat up to 25 lbs.
Q: Is the design of your cat furniture customizable?
A: The current design of each product is not customizable. If you have a special request, please contact us before placing an order.
Q: How do I clean my cat furniture?
A: Clean the wooden surfaces with a dry or damp cloth. Do not use any hard or abrasive commercial cleansers. Clean the carpet mats and fabrics with a brush or a vacuum cleaner. You may hand wash or machine wash the hammock fabric and the cushion pillow cover in cold water. If you were to use a dryer, it is recommended to use cold air to prevent shrinking of the 100% cotton fabrics.
Q: Are these products safe for kids?
A: Our products are not meant to be played upon by children. Do not let your children climb, sit or stand on the products. They are designed only for cats and the maximum weight tolerance of each product is about 25 lbs.

A: Due to the outstanding durability of Baltic Birch plywood and the unique structural design, Bon Cat Furniture products will last for years. Also, you can replace any worn out parts handy.

Q: Can I place an order without creating an account?
A: Yes. In order to place an order, you can either create an account or check out as a guest.
Q: Where is my order confirmation?
A: This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept the cancellation of your order since we will immediately start making the product and then ship out once the order is placed. There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via email@example.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.
Q: Can I alter my order?
A: Unfortunately, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within five to ten days, depending on your address. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 to 21 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

Q: Why is the shipping fee of the Paseo Tower higher than other items?
A: The Paseo Tower is categorized as an oversize item by carriers because of its dimensions when it is packed. The oversized package shipping is more costly in comparison.

A: We usually ship the U.S. orders by UPS Ground 5 Days service. For international orders, we use shipping services such as UPS Worldwide Express, FedEx International, and DHL Express Worldwide.
Q: Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and outside the U.S.?
A: Yes, we do. However, you will need to contact us to arrange a special delivery before placing an order. If you are willing to pay the extra shipping fees to your country or to your region, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your shipping address and we'll provide rates.
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: You can return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all parts and instructions. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges.

A: Please contact our customer service team via email@example.com. As far as the return is within the 14-day period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

Q: Who are the model cats in your Web site photos?
A: They are Marie and Milo. Marie is a 5-year-old female Persian cat who has been with us since 2017. A 1-year-old male Siamese cat, Milo was adopted from a rescue shelter in 2021. They are gradually becoming good friends to each other.
